More than 100 people work to ensure the company's success. Among them, more than 60% have an engineer profile (Research and Development, Support, Qualification). With Research and Development being the principal objective NEOTION allocates 50% of human resources to product development and the average age within the company is under 35 year-old. Located in expanding high-tech areas near Marseille (Aubagne) and Nice (Sophia Antipolis), the NEOTION team enjoys a great working environment.

Grzegorz (Gregory) WIECZOREK
Gregory started his career in the early 1990's during the analogue era in consumer broadcasting products and helped various leading STB manufacturers to penetrate new markets and launch new products.
From 1999-2005 he played an integral role in the deployment and growth of two satellite operators and a DTH platform in Asia.
From 2006 he continued to work with leading Satellite Operators, Telco's and Broadcasters and was involved in various Mergers & Acquisitions which included an acquisition of a major European teleport.
Gregory brings onboard a wealth of business development and management experience gained on four continents and continues to drive the company with a hands-on approach.
From 1999-2005 he played an integral role in the deployment and growth of two satellite operators and a DTH platform in Asia.

Alexander NAUMOV is in electronic communication business for more than 27 years with 18 last of them spent in digital TV broadcast.
He has been managing engineering of few broadcast projects deployed in 1998-2009. His main field of expertise is strategic development of new integral service/device based models for operator and electronic manufacturer models of businesses.

Sandrine BEGOUN has joined NEOTION in 2008 and now leads the Human Resources department.
She has over 12 years of experience in accounting and human resources.
Before joining NEOTION she has worked at the accounting department at the Union des Industries Chimiques d'Ile de France (Union of Chemical Industries) and as a accounting manager at Mercedes.

Stéphanie BIZOUERNE
Stéphanie BIZOUERNE has joined NEOTION in 2008 and is currently in charge of Sales Department.

Caroline DÉFAGO has joined NEOTION in 2011 and is now Head of the legal department.
Before joining NEOTION, Caroline has worked, from 2007 to 2011, within two different law firms in Luxembourg. She worked first as a legal adviser in the Investment Funds Department of Arendt & Medernach then as a litigation lawyer for Erniquin & Associés.
Caroline holds a Master Degree in International Business Law from the University of Bourgogne (France).

Bruno BERTHIER has joined NEOTION in 2001,
Since 2001, he is in charge of Business Development of NEOTION.

Christophe GENEVOIS has joined NEOTION in december 2007 as Chief Technical Officer. He has 17 years of experience in management of engineering in the Digital Television Business.
Starting in 1986 in the security and smart card area where he held various position in engineering, he joined SCM microsystems in 1996 as VP engineering for the Pay TV business, then moved to a VP Marketing position after SCM's pay TV business acquisition by SmardTV (Kudelski group) in 2006.

Michel KARAGHIOSIAN has joined NEOTION in 2011 as R & D Manager.
He has 15 years experience as R & D Manager for multi-sites and multi-cultural teams in Consumer Electronics and Telecom world.
Starting in 1989 as a Hardware Designer, he joined Alcatel-Lucent in 1996 as Technical Project Manager for Satellite Earth Station development before starting technical team management for Terrestrial Wireless Transmission systems design with teams in France Italy and China.
He joined Wyplay in 2008 as R & D manager for STB development before joining Neotion in 2011.
Michel is graduated from SUPELEC.

Hervé BOTREL
Hervé BOTREL has joined NEOTION in 2003 and has more than 22 years’ experience in the digital television business at different job's positions. Starting in 1986 at Thomson Broadcast Systems (currently Grass Valley) in the R&D department, he moved in early 1997 to the sales department where he had been appointed key account manager in charge of major Broadcasters and Pay TV operators as well as integrators in Europe.
Working for NEOTION since 2003 Hervé started there as the Asia Sales manager before managing from end of 2009 the NEOTION's Product department.
Hervé holds an engineering degree from Rennes University and Marketing degree from Aix-Marseille University.

Sébastien DUSSUTOUR has joined NEOTION in 2000 and he is currently Vice President Technology & Security.

Before joining NEOTION, he spent years at "Schneider Automation", "Gemplus" and "Mors Techniphone", "SCM Microsystem", where has held various responsibilities in Development.

Xavier TEIL has joined NEOTION in 2003 for leading the Support and Presales division. He has over 17 years of experience in projects management and presales activities.
Before joining NEOTION, he spent 3 years in Frankfort in Germany in a high tech telco company and 4 years in Gemplus where he had the responsibility of R & D projects, Development, Technical Support and Presales.
In NEOTION, Xavier has to understand the customer needs, to answer to the RFQ, and specify with the customers the technical description of the product to be developed. He is in direct relation with the sales department, the R & D and the product division to achieve his goals. He has a long international experience and works mainly with customers based mostly in Europe.
Xavier holds an engineering degree in Computer Science from INSA Lyon.

He started in SCM as a product Engineer in charge of the link between the Production site and the R & D office in France. He then changed to a position of Qualification Engineer to test USB decoder.
His last experience was as the IT manager.

Rémi VERCHÈRE has joined NEOTION in 2009 and now leads the IT department.
Before joining NEOTION, Rémi was software project manager in a network supplier company, participating in the first deployment of the VDSL2 in Europe. Within NEOTION, the role of Rémi and his team is to ensure the availability and an optimum security of the network services connected with our production plants, our distant sites and our partners (CAS, Operators, TV Operators, TV manufacturers, etc.). He also offers to the employees the best using comfort in the information systems.
Rémi holds a professional mastery in Telecommunication and Networks.

Laurent CAMPINS has joined NEOTION in 2000.
He has now 12 years of experience in Accountant and Finances.
Laurent obtained a bachelor's degree in accounting and finances in 2000 at Marie Curie high school in Marseille then validated his mastery in 2008.
Laurent is in charge of obtaining subsidies and refundable funds from French or European funds, as the ERDF (European Regional Development Fund), OSEO, FDPMI, etc.
He takes care of all the financial parts, including the Research Tax Credit and the carry-back.
He is the dedicated interlocutor for the banks for foreign exchange cover and monetary investments.
